ASK QUESTIONS! 2 EXAMPLES

I always like to tell these two stories because it is the polar opposite of what we do.  They are sad but true.

1)    I was talking to a guy in Arizona about working together and he said he had worked with a firm you see on TV.  That firm asked them to take cases and they would work for a monthly salary so they tried it.   They said that this firm overnight sent them 1500 cases to manage between two guys!! So they each had 750 cases to resolve.   No wonder that company lost a “class action lawsuit” right. This scenario, on any scale, is what I will help you avoid. Large firms take so many cases they cannot do the work so they get sued.  They took the money! They didn’t do anything! They won’t call me back! This WILL NOT happen to you right.  Because now you know better

2)    I talked to another young man about his work he had done as a former employee of another national “Boiler Room” firm in Colorado.  The reason he left is because of the complaints and the quality of work being done.   He explained to me all the things he had done for clients and the list was extensive of all the strategies he had attempted.  So I asked him.  Before you went to work for this company what was your background?  Were you a CPA? NO.  Were you an attorney? NO.  An Enrolled Agent? NO.  SO WHAT WAS YOUR BACKGROUND??? He said “I WAS A COOK”!! “Yes I was a cook and they trained me on the job to push paperwork”.

AND NOW YOU KNOW SOME OF THE DANGERS OF WORKING WITH A BIG COMPANY.

The person that is your Power of Attorney for the company you are working with may have 750 cases or give your case to a former cook!!  These large firms cannot hire the caliber of people I work with, so they have to train people “off the street” to push paperwork at YOU and the IRS.
